SUPPORT SPECIALIST
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking qualified individuals with the ability to communicate
our unique financial planning process (Wealthcare) both over the phone and in person to clients with
varying levels of financial advising experience as part of our Wealthcare Support team.
DUTIES INCLUDE: Answer high volume of calls regarding the Wealthcare process and the
technology supported by the process, supporting advisors via web based demonstrations, provide outstanding
client service and training to new and existing clients, and provide technology testing and quality assurance
feedback to product development.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 years experience in the financial services industry or related
customer support positions. Bachelors degree, preferred in Finance or Economics with understanding of
investment strategies, tax issues and modern portfolio theory. Preferred designations and/or securities
licenses: CFP, CIMA, CFA, Series 6, 7, 65. Candidate must be willing to get Series 65 license within 30 days
of being hired. Must also have proficiency with using Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office
applications and Internet Explorer.
