Turning a Trial Account into an Active Account
If you have not been on the site in some time, and your screen tells you that your plan or your clients' plans have expired, there are two possible reasons:
either you have exceeded your free 7-day trial period or payment on your account has lapsed.

Once you bring your plan payment up to date, we will reactivate your plans and documents and you will have access to the information.  To access the billing information, click the Billing Information link in the Manage My Account box on the right of the screen.

If the account has been inactive for a long period of time, you must pay for the time period that the account was maintained in addition to at least a one month fee.

Investor Billing
If you are an Investor coming to the site on your own (for instance, if you want to compare your own Advisor's advice with our plan results), you will be billed for all the tools you purchase.  Simply fill out the billing information forms when making your purchase. Check the items you wish to order and click "Submit". You will then be taken to another screen where you enter in your credit card information. Submitting this information will complete your order.   *Be sure you fill in all of the required fields and double check your entries.

If you have been invited to our site by your Advisor, and she or he has created a login name and password for you, the account is free for you to use.

If you end your relationship with an Advisor and wish to keep using the site and the information you have compiled on the site, you must update your information and are now responsible for the account payment.
