Changing Password
Clicking on the "Change Password" link will take you to the form for making the change.  Fill in your user name (this can not currently be changed using this form) and password, and then enter the new password you would like to use.

Add Users
You can add an Advisor or a Proxy to the account using this link. Filling out the fields shown in the image immediately below will add an Advisor to your account. The image below that shows the screen for adding a Proxy user, which includes fields for creating a user name and password for them. Your Proxy user will receive an email containing this information.

 

If you choose the Choice Advisor feature, you can submit a plan to an Advisor or Advisors for them to bid on. Billing Information
If you have no Advisor and have created an account with financeware.com, clicking this link will take you to a screen showing you autobilling information and instructions. You can order or renew your order of the tools or enter the referral code of another user, for which you can receive a discount. For more information on billing, click here.

 

Referral Information
To refer another person, such as your Advisor, to financeware.com, enter the email address of the person that you wish to refer and click the submit button. An email will be sent that will include information about financeware.com and your registration code. If a person you refer pays for services on this web site you are entitled to a credit of 10% of the total of their purchases (provided they enter your registration code). They will also receive a 5% discount on their purchases just for using your registration code.

Clicking on this link provides you with a form to email your Advisor.  If you do not have an Advisor, you will not have this link.
